Returns Policy

RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Perishable goods such as food are non-returnable. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or spa products if the original packaging has been open. Unless, these items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Free gifts or sale items
  • Personalised Products (items that have been modified with a name or message)
  • Commissioned Items (products created specifically for you)

     

    REFUNDS

    Once your return item/s have been received and inspected you will be notified via email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

    If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

     

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    If your refund has been approved and your payment method has not been credited within the 14 day period, please carry out the following:

    1. Check your bank account.
    2. Contact your credit card company: it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Contact your bank: there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you’ve carried out all of the above and you have still not received your refund within the 14 day period, please contact us at crafts@sarahemilyhandmade.co.uk.

     

    SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale/Clearance items are non-refundable.

     

    EXCHANGES

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at crafts@sarahemilyhandmade.co.uk.

     

    SHIPPING

    To return your item/s, you should contact us at crafts@sarahemilyhandmade.co.uk. If your refund has been approved by email, please post your return to the following address:

    You are responsible for paying any shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. However, in most cases your replacement will arrive within 7-10 days.

    If you are shipping an item with a high monetary value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If we fail to receive your returned item/s, a refund/exchange will not be authorised.
